A Complaint is an expression of displeasure. New World Housing Association takes complaints from our tenants seriously. The Association is committed to providing good quality services and we believe that complaints are one of the indicators which help us to determine whether we are providing a quality service to our tenants. Tenants who wish to make a complaint should follow the procedure given in the tenants’ handbook and also the complaints information provided below. |
