Housing Officer (temporary role to cover maternity leave)

Salary: in excess of £22,000

New World Housing Association is looking for a Temporary Housing Officer to join our small team in Balham, South London.

You will probably have had some experience in housing management and will be able to work as part of a small team delivering services to our residents including arrears management, lettings, maintenance and dealing with tenant enquiries.

We are looking for a team player with a “can do” attitude and a willingness to get involved in community projects. With past experience in housing or customer service, you will be bright, enthusiastic and keen to learn more.

New World HA is a BME association catering primarily for the Vietnamese and Chinese communities in south London. The ability to speak Vietnamese or Cantonese would be a distinct advantage.
