France Day Trip 2009

Summer BBQ
New World will be holding its annual residents BBQ - this year at Byfield Close, SE16.

All are welcome - it takes place from 1.30pm on Sunday 27th September.

This year we have face painting, a live band, children's entertainment and a show by some of the children - not to mention great food and good company.
Portsmouth and Isle of Wight Residents Trip
Thanks to all our tenants who came along on the recent day trip to Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.

The feedback from the day has as ever been very positive and we look forward to next years trip.
Tenants Services Authority
The Tenant Services Authority is the new regulator for social housing organisations and is determined to set high standards of service delivery.

It is very keen to hear what tenants think about the service they receive from their housing association landlords and so the Tenants Services Authority has launched “The National Conversation” to gather views for tenants up and down the country. Board and Residents Tour - Held on 5th October 2006
New World conducted its very first housing tour viewing various properties based in Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and Wandsworth. Board members, tenants and staff were able to view kitchen works which were carried out in some of our Lambeth tenants’ homes using the major repairs budget.
